About the owner
My name is Gabe Kuhnert and I'm proud to have served in the U.S. Navy. This was the foundation and first step in my diverse career. I have worked hands on at the field level as a welder and continued to take steps up and forward throughout my career. I have worked mostly in the heavy industrial industry like; power plants, boilers, refineries, oil fields, Cement & Mining, however, I have participated in one large commercial project in southern California. This project was at UCLA, building what is known as Ronald Reagan Memorial Hospital. In my learning positions, I have been a welder, lead man, supervisor, superintendent, project engineer, quality engineer, quality manager (several times), cost engineer, project manager, director of operations, and now an owner.

I still hold my certified welding inspector certificate (CWI) from American Welding Society (AWS), I have been certified in non destructive testing (PT, UT, VT, IRT) in the past, but not currently. I am a certified green belt in lean six sigma, a lead auditor in ISO 9001-2015, and knowledgeable in MS office programs. I have spent many years working with codes and standards like, ASME, AWS, NFPA, CBC, NACE, and PED.

I'm 6 short one month classes away from completing this and adding to the tools I have and also being able to help support organizations in evaluations, skill assessments, leadership assessments and training within the organization. This is to support ethics, diversity, inclusion, leadership, teambuilding, dispute resolution, human performance, emotional intelligence, and much more.
